High Country Fitness fitness retreats are truly one of a kind.
We tailor make each fitness retreat to suit you and your individual needs.
Come to the beautiful town of Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains, stay in your own private accommodation and let us look after your every health & fitness need.
Fitness Retreats are available anytime from Oct - June.
All packages are available for individuals, couples, families or groups.
Prices are given on a weekly basis of 7 nights/days, however you can book per night to fit in with your schedule.

YOUR FITNESS RETREAT PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Body Fat analysis and Body Measurements taken at the beginning, middle and end.
- Nutritional advice
- Goal Setting
- A weekly planned training schedule tailor made for you.
- 3 training sessions per day weekdays & 2 training sessions on Saturdays. Sundays are generally a day off or a light specific recovery session. You will do 17 sessions in a week.
The day off on Sunday also gives you opportunity to explore the Snowy Mountains with an activity you enjoy doing such as bush walking/hiking, bike riding, horse riding, water sports and much more.
- Healthy snacks to keep you going between meals & training sessions.
- A personal fitness program for you to take home.

ABOUT YOUR FITNESS RETREAT:
- You will work with the entire team at High Country Fitness. However, most of your Personal Training sessions will be with owner and manager Manuela Berchtold.
- Manuela is a dual Winter Olympian for Australia in the sport of Mogul Skiing who retired after the 2006 Torino Olympics. With her knowledge and experience of having been an elite athlete she makes training sessions fun, challenging and with loads of variety.
- Be prepared to work hard, push your limits and get the results you want!
- Get ready to rise & shine with 6:30am starts most days.
- Within your 3 training sessions per day, one will be a Personal Training session. The other 2 sessions will be in the gym alongside other clients, in one of our programs such as body blitz boot camp or a group fitness class such as boxing or pilates.
You just need to be ready for anything!
- The 3 daily training sessions are sessions of what your body needs for where you are at with your fitness & energy levels.
